For January I usually decorate my house with snowmen. Zachary loves them. I think he loves Frosty more than Santa. Here 's our Decorations for the COLD month of Jan.
Hi Hilary, I have been reading your blog for about a year since you posted the link on Becky Higgin's blog to show how you hang stuff above your stairs.
I am taking your challenge that you posted on your other blog and coming out of lurkdom.
I must admit that I now have a double tiered wire basket that I use for seasonal decorations after I saw yours.
Where did you get your snowflakes? I also hang things about my counter, and have 3-D snowflakes for there, but yours look flat and would be great to hang in the window.
Ever since I was a small child I have enjoyed doing crafts, projects, and cooking. I can remember setting up craft shows in my driveway with my friend Jill and selling our items for charity. My mom says I have always had a project nearby. My husband says the same thing. Hey...its my hobby. I love working on things. As soon as one project is done another one is waiting. I am never bored. This blog is created to share all my projects, recipes, and decorations. I will always give credit to the person who has shared this with me. So if you have something you want to share. Just let me know. I hope you enjoy this blog!
Hilary
I have been married for eight years to the most wonderful husband and best friend, Kevin. I used to be a registered dental hygienist but I am currently staying-at-home with my best little buddies, Zachary & Will. I love Jesus, time with my family and friends, going to church and Sunday School, candy, food, reality TV, magazines, the color pink, cooking, decorating, hosting family and friends in my home, any one who went to my alma mater, singing, scrapbooking, diet coke, and blogging.
I am amazed every day at the love that Christ gives us and the blessings he showers us with.
